Hi,
I recently set up a small Plex server with a simple libary of a few files for testing.
My Philips TV connects to the server, displays everthing perfectly fine, plays the "theme" songs but once i try to stream the file, it shows the message: "Error: An Error occurred while attempting to play this video. Please try restarting both Plex mediaserver and this app."
So i did this multiple times, and even uninstalled and re-installed the app (andriod based tv box, Philips smart box).
still no change. Its working with my ipad (for 1 minute due to test-license, but it works!).
The android based app is not purchased yet. its free to download in the store, and i cant see any option in settings to do the in-app purchase. but even without purchase, it should run for "1min" as test,right?
how to fix this? i would really love to use Plex for on my TV.
any idea?
